Why building owners choose SPF

Spray polyurethane foam goes on as a liquid and expands into a single, continuous layer that bonds to the roof, flows around every penetration and curb, and hardens into a closed-cell roof with no seams to fail. It is then protected with an elastomeric coating that takes the weather.

• No seams, no fasteners. The two places most roofs leak don't exist on an SPF roof.
• Insulation built in. Closed-cell foam adds R-value with every inch, which matters on an uninsulated steel building.
• Goes over the existing roof. In most cases there is no tear-off, so there's no downtime and no disposal cost.
• Fixes ponding. Foam can be built up to create slope where water sits.
• Renewable. When the coating wears, it gets recoated. The foam underneath lasts for decades.

Where it fits
